The Democratic candidate for Florida governor, Andrew Gillum, has conceded to the Republican Ron DeSantis.
The nominee faced a tough climb in a state that Donald Trump carried comfortably in 2016, but he consistently polled ahead of DeSantis for much of the lead up to the election.
The poll result is currently at 99% and should be expected to be concluded shortly.
