The Ukrainian government says the first stage of evacuation from Sumy has begun

The Ukrainian deputy prime minister has warned that although the first stage of Sumy’s evacuation has begun, Russia is “preparing to disrupt” them.
The Centre for Strategic Communications and Information Security in Ukraine said although the Russian Defence Ministry has officially agreed to the humanitarian corridor, Irina Vereshchuk has warned:
“The Russian side is preparing to disrupt the work of humanitarian corridors and manipulate the route to force people to go the other way.”
