The incident occurred on Wednesday evening when her lifeless body was discovered inside an uncompleted building near the Lagere area of Ile-Ife. The discovery was made alongside a bottle of sniper, indicating a tragic end to a young life filled with promise.
Friends and acquaintances of the deceased disclosed that Salako had been experiencing emotional turmoil in recent times, which was known to some of those close to her. The Public Relations Officer of OAU, Abiodun Olarewaju, expressed his profound sadness and conveyed the university’s condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.
