Tiwa Savage and Danny Young are set to meet in court soon as a Federal High Court in Lagos has set the date for the alleged copyright infringement case.
In the suit, Nigerian musician Olumuyiwa Danladi (better known as Danny Young) is claiming N205 million in damages against Tiwa Savage for allegedly using his track One without his consent.
Mavin Boss Don Jazzy is also involved in the suit which was filed on the 13th of February, 2019.
The court has chosen November 5, 2019, as the date of the commencement of the suit.
