Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has received the endorsement of ten political parties and their candidates for the upcoming presidential election on February 25th. These parties include ZLP, NRM, APP, APM, and others who made the announcement at a gathering held at the Airport Hospital in Ikeja, Lagos.
The NRM chairperson in Lagos, Temilola Akinade, speaking on behalf of the chairmen of the political parties, stated that they endorsed Tinubu because he is the most competent candidate in the race. Akinade emphasized Tinubu’s commitment to true federalism and the creation of state police, which would bring about peace, stability, and security in the country.
Adekunle Adenipekun, the ZLP Lagos state chairman, also spoke at the event, stating that the endorsement was necessary to secure a better Nigeria. He further added that Tinubu is the man who can take the country out of its current challenges.
Representatives of the endorsing political parties from various Lagos constituencies were also present at the event. They urged Nigerians to vote for Tinubu and his running mate, Senator Kashim Shettima, for a better future.
