According To Records Available In The Public, Akwa Ibom Is One Of Very Few States With Projected Viabilty (or supposedly so). One Wonders Why Administration That Has This Projection As It Pride Of Place, Would Be Happy To Be Associated With This Sort Of Project.
The Problem With This Is That The State Government Will Have It On Record As A Project Completed In The Life Of This Administration.
