Hollywood actor Christian Bale has approved fellow actor Robert Pattinson’s casting as the next Batman.
Speaking to Variety at the Toronto Film Festival, Bale said it was a good choice picking Pattinson to portray DC Comics’ Caped Crusader as he is an interesting actor.
It had been revealed lately that Twilight star, Robert Pattinson, had been offered the role of Batman. The decision didn’t please some fans who didn’t hesitate to express their displeasure.
Pattinson has been carving a niche for himself in independent movies, honing his acting skills in the process. He will portray Bruce Wayne (Batman’s alias) in his mid-thirties.
Christian Charles Philip Bale is an English actor well known for his intense acting style, often transforming his body drastically for the roles he takes on.
He is a recipient of many awards, including an Academy Award, and two Golden Globes. He is married to Sandra Blazic and they have two children.
Bale played Batman in Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight trilogy.
