The Federal High Court in Abuja has granted the DSS permission to detain #RevolutionNow convener Omoyele Sowore for 45 days.
The DSS had on Tuesday applied for permission to keep Sowore for 90 days to investigate his call for the #RevolutionNow protest march.
The ruling which took place on Thursday the 8th of August was presided over by Justice Taiwo Taiwo who said that the detention was renewable after its 45-day expiration on the 21st of September.
