Media personality, Tolu Oniru, popularly known as Toolz, has spoken out about a recent faith testimony given by Pastor Faith Oyedepo.
However, when she told her husband, he responded confidently, telling her that she could not have a miscarriage.
“I remember when I was pregnant with our first son, one day I saw blood flowing from me, and when my husband returned home. I told him that I had a miscarriage. Boldly, and without any hesitation. he said, You can’t have a miscarriage!”, and then asked to be served his meal.
“That statement activated the spirit of faith and the pregnancy was sustained. You need to accelerate your operation of the spirit of faith daily, and then you will find the miraculous a daily occurrence for you,” Faith Oyedepo added.
Reacting, Toolz, took to Twitter to advise young women to prioritize health over faith.
She stressed that if a woman is bleeding during pregnancy, it is crucial to go to the hospital for medical attention and not rely solely on faith.
Toolz urged women to prioritize their health and seek medical attention when necessary, emphasizing that faith and medicine should complement each other, not compete.
She wrote: “Pls don’t do this. If you’re bleeding from a possible miscarriage…go to the hospital. The last thing you should be doing is making food for anyone.
