Tragedy Tuesday as houses of residents of Ndiegoro, Aba, Abia state was allegedly set ablaze by some police officers as avenge for their colleague’s death.
According to the residents, the action was taken in retaliation of the murder of their colleague popularly known as ‘Alhaji’, who was killed by some miscreants on Friday.
Abia state governor, Okezie Ikpeazu, however, urges the people to remain calm as the situation is being investigated.
