Popular businessman, Cubana Chief Priest has announced the comeback of Nigerian artist Davido into the music scene after a long break.
The chart-topping artist had been on a hiatus for several months after the tragic loss of his five-year-old son, Ifeanyi, who had drowned in the family swimming pool.
Prior to this devastating incident, Davido had been busily engaged with several exciting projects, including a highly anticipated new album and numerous music tours.
However, the untimely demise of his beloved son had understandably put everything on hold, including his active presence on social media.
It was reported in December that Davido had announced his withdrawal from social media following his performance at World Cup and quick return to Instagram.
In a post on his Instagram story and Twitter, Davido revealed that he would be leaving the platforms till March 2023.
This decision left many of his fans and supporters feeling deeply concerned and anxious about his well-being.
Fortunately, the wait is finally over, and Davido’s millions of fans can now breathe a sigh of relief as he prepares to make his triumphant return to the music scene.
Cubana Chief Priest, who has been a close friend and supporter of Davido for many years, shared a video of himself and the superstar artist, declaring that “Joy is coming!”
“Regardless March is here!! Happy New Month Fam. OBO is Coming. Joy is here”.
With March now in full swing, fans can eagerly look forward to the return of one of Nigeria’s most celebrated and talented musicians. Davido’s comeback promises to be a momentous event that will bring much-needed joy and excitement to his legions of loyal fans all around the world.
