Oba Raji urges Igbo community in Lagos to vote for Sanwo-Olu's re-election

Oba Sulaimon Raji, the paramount ruler of Iba Kingdom and the Chairman of Lagos State Parks and Garages Administrators, has called on the Igbo community residing in Ojo, Iba, and Otto-Awori axis to come out in large numbers to vote for the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate and current Governor Babajide-Sanwo who is seeking re-election in the upcoming governorship election.

During a meeting with the Igbo community leadership in his palace, the monarch urged them to vote for Sanwo-Olu, stating that he is the best candidate among all those contesting for the governorship seat in the state. The monarch emphasized that a vote for Sanwo-Olu is a vote for the continuation of good governance in the state.

The monarch commended the Igbo community for their peaceful co-existence and engagement in their trades and businesses in the axis over the years. He appealed to them to continue to coexist peacefully with other tribes in the area and the state as a whole.

The leaders of the Igbo community in response pledged their support for Sanwo-Olu’s re-election. They stated that his administration has proven that Lagos is a land of opportunities for all, and they would mobilize support for his candidacy.
