Reactions have continued to trail the unveiling of new Naira notes by President Muhammadu Buhari.
TalkGlitz had earlier reported that President Buhari unveiled the new naira notes.
The Naira notes redesigned are the N1000, N500 and N200 — the country’s highest currency denominations.
Reacting to the images of the Naira notes currently making the rounds on all social media platforms, some Nigerians expressed disappointment with the new look.
Several tweeps who took to their handles tackled the Federal Government for only changing the colour of the Naira notes, saying they expected more changes.
Former federal lawmaker, Senator Shehu Sani also reacted to the redesign.
He took to his Twitter handle to express his opinion, saying “If it’s Naira colour, the CBN should have just engaged Snapchat”.
If it’s Naira colour, the CBN should have just engage Snapchat.
