Nigerian musician, Inetimi Alfred Odon, known by his stage name, Timaya has been arrested by the police following an accusation on Wednesday that he hit a lady with his car and ran off.
According to a report, the singer drove off despite knowing what he had done.
TalkGlitz also confirmed in several reports that the incident occurred at Ikate Lekki.
Several attempts made by the victim’s sister, identified with the handle @whyte_26, to contact Timaya were futile. The singer went ahead to even block the victim’s sister who had messaged him on Instagram.
The victim is reported to have sustained serious wounds on her body after the accident and is currently hospitalized.
A recent viral video captured the singer being picked up by some Policemen in what appears to be his house.
