MTN Nigeria Communications Plc, a mobile telecommunications service provider, has issued an apology to its customers for the service interruption they experienced on Valentine’s Day, February 14. The company acknowledged that the disruption resulted in several of its customers being unable to make and receive calls or use data.
Following criticism from disgruntled clients on social media, the telecoms behemoth was compelled to issue an apology. MTN conceded in the statement that it had let down its subscribers and disrupted their plans for the special day due to the network problem, which prevented users from connecting with their loved ones.
The business, however, claims that the network problem has been addressed, and services have been restored.
