Nigerian-born Ghanaian-based musician, Mr. Eazi has hit a new music milestone alongside heavyweights like Ayo ”Wizkid” Balogun and Damini ”Burna Boy” Ogulu.
Mr Eazi and Major Lazer’s ”Oh My Gawd” featuring Nicki Minaj and K4mo has debuted at number 1 on the Billboard World Digital Song Sales chart.
The song also reached no. 11 on the Billboard Digital Song Sales chart for the week of September 26, 2020.
The artiste joins Burna Boy and Wizkid as the only Nigerian artistes’ to reach number 1 on the Billboard World Digital Song Sales chart.
Burna Boy has one number 1 hit with “Jerusalema” song which he was featured on the remix.
Wizkid has two number 1 hits with Beyonce’s “Brown Skin Girl” off the Lion King album and Normani & Calvin Harris’s “Checklist” which all featured the Nigerian starboy.
