Nollywood Yoruba actress, Moji Olaiya has been confirmed dead. The actress who is also a daughter of Veteran highlife musician, Victor Olaiya reportedy passed away in Canada couple of months after giving birth.
Reports say her death could be linked to complications she must have suffered after the birth of her baby girl. Moji Olaiya who’s been living in Canada for a while now got divorced from her first marriage with Okesola in 2008, remarried and had her another child just two months ago after over 18 years of giving birth to her first child.
Barely 24hours ago, Moji still posted a photo on Instagram with the caption:
Alliamdulilahi to you Allah I give all the glory for all you have done. I will forever praise and worship you. It’s not by power but the Grace of Allah. Thank you for the gift of life. Thanks also to all my friends and family my fans for your supports and prayers. Love you all.
Her death is just a shock to us all.
It’s really sad as this is the second death recorded in two weeks among the Nollywood actors.
RIP to Moji Olaiya.
