D’banj sues Seyitan Babatayo for N1.5 billion damages

Following the several allegations levied against Nigerian musician, D’banj, from rape to abduction, the singer has come out to slam the accuser, Seyitan Babatayo with 1.5 billion naira lawsuit.

D’banj, through his lawyer, Mike Ozekhome is demanding for one billion and five hundred million naira as damages for his reputation. In the letter accessed by talkGlitz.tv, D’banj also requests that an apology and retraction of all the damaging statements made on electronic media.
