Jonathan Majors, the actor currently embroiled in a complex legal situation, has reportedly found love with fellow actor Meagan Good, according to sources cited by TMZ. Insiders with direct knowledge of the situation reveal that the couple has grown closer over the last several weeks, with their relationship being “fairly new.”
The pair were spotted together last weekend at the Alamo Drafthouse in Los Angeles, confirming that they’re not trying to keep their budding romance under wraps. The seriousness of their relationship remains uncertain, and talkGlitz.media has reached out to representatives for both Meagan Good and Jonathan Majors for comments, but has yet to receive a response.
Majors is currently facing criminal charges in New York City, including three counts of attempted assault, one count of assault, aggravated harassment, and a separate count of harassment. The charges stem from allegations that he slapped his ex-girlfriend in the back of a taxi after a night of partying in March.
Majors’ attorney, Priya Chaudhry, has consistently defended her client’s innocence and provided investigators with surveillance footage and text messages from the alleged victim in an effort to clear his name. One video shows the ex-girlfriend drinking and partying in a nightclub just hours after the supposed violent incident, which Majors’ legal team claims demonstrates she was not injured.
Despite hoping that the District Attorney would drop some or all of the charges during a recent court hearing, Majors still faces all of the original allegations. Chaudhry has labeled the entire case as a racist witch hunt, asserting that when Majors showed a white police officer the injuries inflicted upon him by the woman, the officer taunted and belittled him. Chaudhry also expressed frustration that neither the police nor the District Attorney’s office is investigating Majors’ claim that his ex-girlfriend assaulted him on the night in question.
