Jide Sawanoolu, a former Lagos State commissioner has picked up his form to join the race for the Lagos State governorship seat under the platform of APC.
Jide picked his form shortly after the incumbent Governor Akinwunmi Ambode picked his at the All Progressives Congress headquarters in Abuja.
We reported not quite long that the incumbent governor’s estranged godfather, Ahmed Bola Tinubu alongside 50 council chairmen has endorsed Jide Sawanoolu to become the next governor of the state. Read that Here.
Credible sources informed TheCable that there is a threat to impeach Ambode if he does not drop his second term bid.
Meanwhile , Dele Momodu shared a video of Mandate Movement , a support group in the Lagos APC, declaring their support for Sanwonolu .
