Aussie rapper Iggy Azalea has announced the name of her baby boy, and it is unique!
Iggy’s announcement comes a month after she gave birth to her son with partner, fellow rapper Playboi Carti, whom she met in 2018.

The Lola rapper revealed on Tuesday, July 14, 2020, that her son’s name is Onyx when she posted an audio recording of herself talking to the newborn on Instagram.
Her son’s name is a homage to her birth name, Amethyst (which like Onyx, is a type of quartz) as the hip hop artist was born Amethyst Amelia Kelly.
