The state zonal office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arrested six suspected fraudsters in Lagos.
The suspects had been arrested during a sting operation on Thursday, October 3, at the Igando area of Lagos.
According to EFCC, the suspects were arrested by the anti-graft agency following an intelligence report about their alleged fraudulent activities. Reports state that items like mobile phones, laptops and a car were recovered by the anti-graft agency from the suspects.
The suspects are identified as Oluwaseyi Gabriel Obe, Omojuyigbe Paul, Olubodun Victor, Alade Amos Opeyemi, Harry Osaremesin and Osaro Aganwonyi.
According to the agency, the suspects would be charged to court.
