Hollywood actor and former wrestler Dwayne Johnson is the highest-paid celebrity on Instagram.
In the list compiled by social media ranking firm Hopper HQ, the 48-year-old star is revealed to have charged advertisers roughly $1 million for a sponsored post.
Johnson is the top earner and boasts about 189 million followers on the social media platform, followed by reality star and businesswoman Kylie Jenner with 183 million followers.
Hopper HQ’s list was published after they spoke with celebrities and social media influencers to determine how much they were being paid.
They also chatted with advertisers to estimate how much could be charged for a post, and exact amounts aren’t always known due to relative secrecy among marketers and influencers.
According to the report, Kylie Jenner occupies the number two spot with an estimated $986,000 per post.
Also on the list were soccer sensation Cristiano Ronaldo who charged $889,000 per post, and Kim Kardashian (charging a reported $858,000 per post).
U.S. singer Ariana Grande takes number five position, charging about $853,000.
