Sources with direct knowledge have confirmed to TMZ that DiCaprio and Shayk are not dating but are simply friends who were enjoying the concert together as part of a larger group at Neon Carnival on Saturday night.
The pair have known each other for some time, having met through mutual friends. DiCaprio is close with Shayk’s ex-partner, Bradley Cooper, and the three have been seen together in public before, suggesting that there is no romantic intrigue between DiCaprio and Shayk.
