An early morning accident involving a Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC) train and a Lagos State Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) scheme bus near PwD bus stop before Oshodi has resulted in multiple fatalities and injuries.
According to eyewitnesses, the BRT bus was attempting to cross the railway crossing at Shogunle when it was hit by the oncoming train. The collision caused the train to drag the bus along the rail track to the PwD area. The number of casualties is currently unknown.
