Despite a Brief Encounter, the Exes Steer Clear of Each Other
Cardi B and Offset found themselves at the same New York City nightclub over the weekend, but the former couple managed to avoid any confrontation. TMZ captured footage of Cardi enjoying herself at The Stafford Room in the early hours of Sunday, dancing and having fun. However, things briefly got awkward when the DJ unexpectedly gave a shoutout to Offset, who was also in attendance.
Eyewitnesses revealed that both Cardi and Offset arrived at the club separately and didn’t spend time together during their stay. The two were only in the same space for a short time before continuing their night apart.
While the DJ’s mention of Offset reportedly startled Cardi, she didn’t let it dampen her mood, continuing to dance as though her ex wasn’t there. Offset later made a quiet exit, slipping out of the club alone.
This comes amid ongoing tension between the two, who have been known to have public spats. Just last month, Cardi called out Offset during an Instagram Live session, while Offset accused her of infidelity in the comments.
