Apple has announced its next-generation iPhones: the 6.1-inch iPhone 12 Pro and 6.7-inch iPhone 12 Pro Max. This year’s new model brings quite a number of changes with bigger screen sizes, a new squared off design, and full 5G connectivity.
The iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max will come in four finishes – Silver, Graphite, Gold, and Pacific Blue. They also feature Apple’s A14 Bionic chip, HDR Video Recording, the Ceramic Shield technology that ensures the device’s glass is tougher than ever before.
The iPhone 12 Pro has a triple-camera system that is getting a few extra features over its smaller brother with a 65mm equivalent focal length telephoto lens for up to 5x optical zoom, plus wide-angle camera features a 47% larger sensor with Optical Image Stabilization. The new sensor-shift OIS system on the iPhone 12 Pro Max will enable to take up to two second stabilized exposures on a phone.
The iPhone 12 release date is set for October 23, and you’ll be able to pre-order the phone this Friday on October 16. You won’t be able to pre-order the iPhone 12 mini until November 6, and the phone will be out on November 13.
