The Ambassador Yusuf Maitama Tuggar Foundation recently organized an event to celebrate the successes of the All Progressives Congress (APC) party in the just concluded 2023 general elections in Gamawa LGA of Bauchi State. The APC Chairman of Gamawa, Alhaji Ahmad Suba, welcomed the attendees at the Maitama Tuggar Foundation office along Bauchi-Jos road, where he praised the party stakeholders in Gamawa LGA for their dedication and commitment.

The Director General of Ambassador Yusuf Maitama Tuggar Foundation, Alhaji Bello Muhammad Tukura, expressed gratitude to the party faithfuls for their unwavering support during the Governorship and State Assembly elections in Bauchi. He thanked the stakeholders in Gamawa LGA for their doggedness, which resulted in the successful election of House of Representatives and State Assembly members.

Alhaji Tukura acknowledged that through Ambassador Tuggar, they received interventions that led to the peaceful conduct of the elections in Gamawa. He urged the stakeholders not to relent in praying for the elected lawmakers and to offer meaningful advice that could lead to the progress of Gamawa LGA.

Adamu Ibrahim Gamawa, the House of Representatives member-elect for Gamawa federal constituency, and Hon. Ahmed Mohammed Lele, the House of Assembly member-elect for Udubo state constituency, expressed their gratitude to Ambassador Maitama Tuggar for his immense contribution to the success of the APC in Bauchi state.

The lawmakers-elect thanked the APC stakeholders in Gamawa LGA for their support before, during, and after the elections, which resulted in their successful election. They called on the people of Gamawa not to relent in giving them meaningful contributions to enable them to succeed in the discharge of their constitutional mandates.

Hon. Lele emphasized the importance of constructive criticism and urged the people of Gamawa to hold them accountable for their campaign promises. He appealed to the people of Gamawa to prioritize the development of their community and to work together to overcome the numerous challenges they face, including the lack of potable drinking water.

He assured the stakeholders that with their support, the issue of access to potable drinking water in Gamawa could be addressed. The lawmakers-elect expressed their appreciation to the people of Gamawa for their tireless efforts during the election, and they prayed for God to reward them abundantly for their doggedness.
