Cecilia Ibru (born March 22, 1946) is the former Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Oceanic Bank. Ibru began her work at the Ibru Organization. In 2009 she was arrested and pleaded guilty to charges of fraud. She was jailed and fined approximately one billion euros.
