Nigerian popstar, Runtown is debunking the claims he was involved in a $124k fraud as accused by a US based woman, Shawn Rene.
We reported not quite long, Shawn Rene accused Runtown of a fraud amounting to a whooping sum of $124k while she also shared evidences of receipts. Read the story HERE.
Reacting to this, Runtown through is management team, ‘SoundGod Music Group’ issued an official statement saying,
‘Its all lies and an attempt to blackmail and tarnish our image. We have contacted the Nigerian security agencies including the DSS and EFCC who are all on the matter at the moment and preliminary investigations already reveals that its a group of impostors who may have duped ‘Sawhn Rene’ using Runtown’s name’

Our attention has been drawn to reports circulating on social media by a US based woman named, Shawn Rene accusing our artist, Runtown of fraud.

Runtown has never and will never defraud anyone.
