A suspect identified as David Desper has been arrested and arraigned for the 1st degree and 3rd degree murder charges in road rage incident in Philadephia.
The 28-year-old suspect has claimed responsibility for the deadly road rage shooting that killed a 18-year-old recent high school graduate, Bianca Roberson.

His truck and gun were recovered. Detectives believe it is the same gun used in killing 18-year-old Bianca Roberson. Howver, it was confirmed that Desper has a permit to carry the weapon.
According to reports, David Desper from Trainer, Delaware County had turned himself in at about 2 am. He’s currently facing charges of 1st degree murder, 3rd degree murder, possession of an instrument of crime and few to mention.
