36-year-old Aji Paul Joins The Race For Adamawa North Senate

Architect Aji Paul Wampana a 36-year-old young man has joined the race for Adamawa North Senatorial position under the platform of the People’s Democratic Party, (PDP)

Aji Paul, made this known on Tuesday in Yola while addressing his supporters following his purchase of the expression of interest and nomination form ahead of the party’s primary election.

Aji said he became interested in the race for the Senate position after several calls by young people in his Senatorial District urging him to contest and expressed confidence in his antecedents for quality representation.

He noted that youths across the Country hitherto have been neglected politically, and called on youths of his constituency to take advantage of the provisions of the constitution and support him for youthful inclusion in governance.

“It is our right to contest in elections as provided by the constitution and the youths must rise up and fight for their rights.” Aji said.

He encouraged the youths to always tour the paths of honesty and integrity, trusting God and respecting elders, noting that leadership is about responsibility and said the youths must not blame anyone for their none inclusion in governance but themselves.

“We need a youthful representation, we don’t want someone who would not be able to raise a motion for the interest of the youths but rather for selfish reasons,” he added.

He commended the State Governor, Ahmadu Fintiri for his numerous achievements in infrastructures as well as people-oriented leadership and urged the youths to support him with more work.

While pledging to deliver strong leadership and representation if elected into the Senate position for Adamawa North Senatorial District, he thanked his supporters and associates for their numerous sacrifice and commitments toward facilitating his dreams.
