While we’re still trying to establish the fact to ascertain how poor the Glo Network is generally, there are some factors we tend to undermine. Such is the one that is transpiring in Ijagun community where Tai Solarin University of Education (TASUED) is located in Ogun State. This is a community where indigenes engage in the unlawful act of stealing from the network mast meant to receive signal for the location.
Notwithstanding, there has been a lot of complaints from Glo customers about poor network coverage which only performs well at peak hours. On a recent visit to Abeokuta, was quick surprised that the much-criticized Glo Network turns out to be the best at the Oke Ilewo axis, blazing with good Internet speed. Same with Ibadan, the 3G network could be mistaken for 4G.
Now, back to Ijagun, where a resident took to Twitter to expose how indigenes scoop diesel fuel meant to power the mast to run for 24hours. This has been going on for years. The mast, erected close to Rock of Ages school, just after Ojuri bus stop is being owned by the Glo Network. The resident who made the outcry on Twitter feels the manager assigned to the post has conspired with the locals in the community to engage in the illicit act.

However, in his series of tweets, the Twitter user mentioned being caught in the process of taking photos. We never knew what happened to him eventually but he is probably safe since he tweeted afterward.

One of TASUED students, who is a prominent rapper on campus, Kapo got an opportunity to grace the enormous stage with his performance.
