A hilarious video is currently making rounds of social media, where a man with an unknown identity was seen exchanging words with some PHCN officials.
The man was seen dragging an electricity wire for a female Nepa official who had to refuse to release his wires while struggling to collect the wire from the lady, the man was also throwing abusive words to the officials, he stated that “his first son had died because of those Nonentity NEPAs”.
When the man saw that the lady was not ready to let go, he then decided to go naked, he pulled off his shorts and boxer and then the lady immediately let go of his wires.
