Tottenham bred English singer, Adele is reportedly said to have found new romance with native Tottenham Grime star,Skepta.
The 31-year-old singer is said to have been with string of dates with the 37-year-old rapper just months after splitting with her husband Simon Konecki.
The two were said to have always speak fondly of each other and had showed mutual appreciation for each other on social media.
According to ES Magazine in 2016, Skepta said: “Adele texts me all the time and keeps me in check. She speaks to me about how things are going.”
And that year, Adele had shared a picture of Skepta on her official Instagram account with the caption “Tottenham Boy” with a heart emoji. Skepta had reshared the message and wrote “love you” with a red rose emoji.
According to mirror.co.uk , Skepta had said “She gassed me up. One day I was just chilling and she [tweeted] a picture that said ‘Tottenham boy’ and she’s from Tottenham as well. I was actually going to quit music that day, that was one of the sickest things ever. She’s like the lady of Tottenham.”
Joseph Junior Adenuga aka Skepta is a Nigerian, born and bred in Tottenham,North London with his siblings in Meridian Walk Estate. The rapper had earlier reportedly been installed as a chief in his hometown ,Ogun state in 2018.
