Former President Donald Trump took to social media platform Truth Social to voice his disappointment with Rihanna’s Super Bowl halftime performance.
In his post, he called it “the single worst Halftime Show in Super Bowl history” and criticized the singer for her language and alleged insult to more than half of the nation.
However, it is important to note that reviews for Rihanna’s performance were mixed and that Trump’s assessment may be influenced by personal grudges. In August 2020, during the height of the presidential election, Rihanna posted an image on Instagram featuring graffiti on a car, including the message “F*** Trump”.
Regardless of the mixed reviews and personal grudges, Rihanna’s halftime performance received a great deal of praise and compliments from fans and fellow musicians alike. It remains a notable moment in Super Bowl history, as well as a testament to Rihanna’s talent and impact as a performer.
