Nigerian singer and songwriter Darey has been chosen as a coach on The Voice Nigeria.
Darey joins the likes of Waje, Yemi Alade, and Falz on the panel of the singing competition.
Having worked as a successful radio and TV personality, the artist has appeared as a coach, judge, and host of several TV shows, including, Project Fame West and Nigerian Idol.
He recently released his first single in five years titled Jah Guide Me as part of a planned album rollout.
Reacting to being chosen as a coach on The Voice Nigeria, Darey said:
“This is an exciting step for me as I get to host another music-based talent show which is, no doubt, as riveting and entertaining as many other shows of its kind. I’m excited because this presents an opportunity for me to witness so many talented singers across the country unfold and discover their greatest potentials.”
