Horror movie enthusiasts should get ready to be frightened out of their wits when The Grudge comes to theaters next January.
The trailer for the upcoming American supernatural horror film has been released, giving viewers a taste of the malevolence to come.
From a story by Jeff Buhler and Pesce, and produced by Sam Raimi, The Grudge is about Muldoon (Andrea Riseborough), a single mother and young detective, who discovers that a suburban home has been cursed by a vengeful ghost that dooms those who enter it with a violent death.
Muldoon goes on the run to save herself and her son from the cursed neighborhood as events gradually cascade into exploding violence. See the trailer below:
The movie is set to be released on January 3, 2020, by Sony Pictures Entertainment and co-stars John Cho.
