Another addition has been made to the cast of Matt Reeves’ movie, The Batman, and this time it is Paul Dano who is set to play the DC villain known as The Riddler.
With the cast filling up, The Batman is gearing up to be a must-watch as DC is looking to continue the recent success of Joker, and a lot depends on the actors for a proper script interpretation.
The character of The Riddler, one of DC’s most recognizable bad guys, was last played on the big screen by Jim Carrey in the 1995 film, Batman Forever. All eyes are now on Dano to see what approach he brings to the table.
Paul Franklin Dano was born on June 19, 1984, and is an American actor, director, screenwriter, producer, and musician. He won the Independent Spirit Award for Best Debut Performance for his role in L.I.E. (2002) and also got accolades for playing Dwayne Hover in Little Miss Sunshine (2006).
Dano’s talent got him the role but he has to put in the extra effort to give a memorable performance that will leave a lasting impression.
