Reverend Father Cyriacus Onunkwo, a Catholic priest in Imo state who was earlier reportedly kidnapped has been found dead.
According to the Imo state police, Father Cyriacus Onunkwo was allegedly snatched from his vehicle in Orlu town in Orlu Local Government Area on Friday morning by gunmen. He was found in the pool of his own blood as he must be been killed by his abductors. Investigations are still ongoing to unravel the culprits.
