Oshiomhole’s Fate Hang In The Balance As Appeal Court Fails To Hear Case

The fate of the Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole is hanging in the balance as the court of appeal yesterday failed to hear his appeal against the ruling of the FCT high court sacking him from office.

Two factions of the party had stormed the court to witness the hearing of the appeal filed by Oshiomhole to set aside his sack from office. While they were waiting patiently for the court to form a panel to hear the appeal, their hopes were dashed when the clerk of the court announced that the case will no longer go on as there is no panel to sit on the appeal.
