Choko Milo

Song by Olamide
Produced by Spaceboy Mercury
Released: 11 November 2019

YBNL General, Olamide strikes again with a new banging tune titled “Choko Milo”.

On the rapper’s latest music effort, he samples Commander Ebenezer Obey‘s lines where he mentioned in Yoruba “T’onba ni kilon mu, toba ni Malta Guiness, wan ni ko mo’ aye je, wan ni jedi loma pa”.

“Choko Milo” is meant to be another street hit that will gradually become an anthem as Olamide introduces some new lamba (slangs) the street might like to adopt.

The song borrows its title from the popular “Choco Milo” beverage product by Nestle, It used to be widely consumed by kids in the 80s and 90s. Olamide reintroduces the vibe one gets from taking choco milo in another context in his song.

“Choko” has another definition according to the YBNL maestro, listen up to understand.
