Famous industrialist, Engr. Tein T.S. Jack-Rich, has formally declared his presidential ambition on the platform of Nigeria’s ruling party, APC after submitting the party’s form.
Engr. Jack-Rich, founder of Belemaoil Producing Limited made a declaration on Friday, May 13 in Abuja at a press conference.
The business tycoon, speaking at Transcorp Hilton Hotel, said he was ready to challenge other presidential aspirants for the party’s ticket. He had submitted his form and claimed he was ready.
Jack is one of the youngest candidates so far in the APC, being only 47 years old. Other aspirants who are also within the same age bracket include; Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello (46) and Nicholas Felix (40).
The presidential aspirant, as he addresses his supporters, shares how he lost both of his parents at 10 and lived on the streets for years.
Despite difficult living conditions and often having to struggle to get by, he didn’t take the risk of crime to become a successful businessman.
Many indigenous oil exploration and production companies have come from the Niger Delta, but Belemaoil Producing Limited is the first.
The, entrepreneur and business owner, said that if elected he will create 26,000 jobs in each of the 774 local governments on his first day in office.
Engr. Jack-Rich vowed to use his experience and success in the construction industry to focus on youth empowerment, infrastructure, and jobs if elected as president of Nigeria.
He stated;
“My wife (Dr Elizabeth Jack-Rich) is a very strong woman. She has already told me that I am going to negotiate from a point of strength to represent the interest of women. I am 101 per cent in support of her in giving you (women) a better life because you are giving (your support) to me.“
The philanthropist expressed;
“I will create smart jobs and will develop the oil and gas industry and optimise the oil and gas in the country. My presidency will strengthen our value system. We will create 26,000 jobs in each LGA on the first day in office. I will make it happen. When I create 26,000 direct opportunity jobs on the first day in office in the 774 LGAs, within one year, poverty will flee.”
Engr. Jack-Rich speaking further on his vision, especially for the youth said infrastructures will be put in place to develop digital technology.
The philanthropist pledged to not take any loans to fund any projects and programs.
He noted;
“I will not take a single loan throughout my presidency. We will produce what we will consume. God has given us all we need to consume.”
Engr. Jack-Rich argues that by educating youths in Nigeria and engaging them meaningfully, banditry can be addressed and resolved.
Engr. Jack-Rich and his wife, Dr Elizabeth Jack-Rich, who is the CEO of Elin Group, are blessed with two daughters.
Dr Elizabeth Jack-Rich is also a philanthropist, an entrepreneur and a business mogul.
She is just as passionate about helping humanity as her husband, so she has established a foundation over the years that does this.
