Governor Wike urges re-elected Governors to prioritize citizens’ well-being
Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, has extended his congratulations to Governors Seyi Makinde of Oyo, Sen Bala Mohammed of Bauchi, and Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos on their successful re-elections. Governor Wike’s Media Aide, Kelvin Ebiri, released a statement on Tuesday affirming that the Rivers Peoples Democratic Party’s gubernatorial candidate, Siminialayi Fubara, is poised to take over the reins from Governor Wike.
In his statement, Governor Wike expressed his elation at the news of the triumphant re-election of Governors Makinde, Mohammed, and Sanwo-Olu. “I am delighted to hear of your resounding re-election victories, and I extend to you my most heartfelt congratulations,” he said.
