Prince, who is associated with Advanced Granite Solutions in the Emmorton Business Park, shot five people at the business shortly before 9 a.m., Harford County Sheriff Jeffrey Gahler said during a news conference Wednesday morning. The business, located in the 2100 block of Emmorton Park Road, makes counter tops.

Gahler said a handgun was used to kill three people. Two others, who were injured, were taken to Shock Trauma, where they are listed in critical condition, officials said.

Mr Gahler also said the suspect fled the scene in a black 2000 GMC Acadia with Delaware license plates and should be “considered armed and dangerous,” the Baltimore Sun newspaper reported.

All five victims are believed to be employees of Advanced Granite Solutions, where the shooting happened, the sheriff said.

According to police, Mr Prince is associated with the business, but at this time it is unclear the exact nature of the relationship.

They said a gunman walked into the business with a handgun and shot five employees just before 10 am local time.

The two injured were taken to Baltimore’s Shock Trauma Center, part of the University of Maryland Medical Center.
