More drama has continued to ensued in Ulakwo ward, Etche Local government area as voters casted their ballots inside a bagco sacks at the polling unit.
According to Situation room report Voters are casting their votes into sack bags in PU32/11/13/012, Ulakwo Ward, Etche LGA due to lack of ballot boxes from Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.
