Unidentified Man Lies In The Middle Lagos Bridge Causing Major Traffic

An awkward situation was witnessed at Apogbon bridge in Lagos earlier today. An unidentified man who appears to be mentally unstable, stripped himself and lay in the middle of the road causing serious traffic for motorists plying the road.
