The song was announced by Ed himself on his Instagram profile on May 20, 2019, only two weeks after the release of “I Don’t Care”, along with Justin Bieber.

The features were confirmed on Ed’s Instagram stories where he was seen wearing Chance’s signature “3” hat with the caption “P+🐝🤘🤘”:
