“Pepe” is the latest music effort by L.A.X featuring Davido.
The song might sound familiar as the track was produced by Napji, the same guy behind Davido’s hit song, “FEM”.
“Pepe” is a short form of Nigerian slang, ‘pepper dem’, as L.A.X chanted on the song, ‘the boy dey pepe’ – in other words, he’s describing how much he’s taunting naysayers with his consistent vibe.
This is the second collaboration between L.A.X and Davido, the first being “Same Girl”.
