Nollywood actress and TV presenter, Nancy Isime speaks about the challenges in the role in the newly release Netflix Original Limited Series, “Blood Sisters“. 

According to Nancy, she auditioned for Sarah but later got called to play the role of Kemi.

Nancy also mentioned that she got quite along with Ini Dima-Okojie as they were together for a long time and they had to even diet together to play the role perfectly.

Speaking further on her experience on the set of the series, she said she was quite overwhelmed with the character and she cried even after the project was done.

The character Kemi for Nancy was really exhausting but physically and mentally as it was seen in the character itself – Kemi in the series was almost on her toes all through.

Also, regarding her sharing the workspace with thespians and A-list actors, Nancy says she is quite lucky ’cause she worked with practically all of them in the past. Except for the filmmakers, Biyi Bandele and Kenneth Gyang to be sharing the same set with for the first time.

She also gave credit to Temidayo Makanjuola, the creator of the Netflix Limited series,  “Blood Sisters” for how she was able to create such a brilliant flick. Nancy lauds Yolande Okereke for her costumes in the series.

While in a live session with Instablog9ja, the actress reveals how she was planning to sell her only car and relocate before she got bitten by the bug of Nollywood.

“I will like to known as a Nollywood actor anywhere i go”, she said proudly.
